Rafael E. Cerutti

I was extremely curious about how Ann Page and Richard Tapp would manage to write a whole book about about managing external legal resources. And found out that they had a lot to talk about regarding their experience.

The book succeeds in making you think about different ways of providing the best legal support to your company, mainly, but among others, by partnering arrangements between internal and external counsel.

In my case, as an in-house counsel, I reinstated ideas about how in-house lawyers are now also supposed to lead and provide strategic direction to their organization. Hence, the absolute need of a full understanding of the business.

Practical tips, techniques, exercises, and even documents make of “Managing External Legal Resources” a must read for any business-oriented attorney
